Information We Collect

Site account information

When you install the App, we retrieve and store the following from your Wix site account:

• Your site name and site URL
• Your app instance ID and Wix site ID, which identify your site to the App
• The account email address associated with the site
• Your site's timezone and locale
• Access credentials issued by Wix, so the App can act on your site with the permissions you granted

Billing information

Your pricing plan and subscription status. Payments are handled entirely by Wix; we never see or store your payment details.

Offer configuration

The offers you create: their names, headings, button text, colours and design settings, schedules, countdown timer settings, discount settings, and the product and collection identifiers you attach to them. This is content you author, and it is stored so the App can render your offers.

Offer performance data

When an offer is displayed on your storefront, we record anonymous events so you can measure performance in the dashboard and so we can count your plan's impressions:

• The event type – impression, click, or conversion
• Which offer and which product identifier the event relates to
• The monetary value associated with a conversion
• Whether the device was desktop or mobile

These records contain no identifier for the shopper. They cannot be traced back to an individual, by us or by you.

In-app usage

Whether you have completed the in-app product tour, and which promotional banners shown inside the App dashboard you have clicked.

Permissions we request

The App asks Wix for access to your store products and collections, your site's embedded scripts, and your store's discount rules. Products access powers the product and collection pickers. Script access is how the App adds its storefront script to your site. Discount access is required so the App can create the discount rule that makes an offer's saving apply at checkout.

What We Do Not Collect

We want to be explicit about this. The App does not collect, store, or process:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers or postal addresses of your customers
• Customer accounts, order histories or individual order records
• Payment card details or any other payment credentials
• IP addresses or any other identifier that would single out a shopper

No shopper personal data reaches our systems at any point.

How We Use Your Information

• Service delivery: to operate the App, save your offers, and render them on your storefront
• Discounts: to create and remove the Wix discount rules that back your offers
• Reporting: to show you how your offers are performing in the dashboard
• Billing: to apply your plan, count impressions against its allowance, and manage your subscription through Wix
• Service emails: to send you a welcome email when you install the App and a confirmation when you uninstall it
• Support: to answer your questions and investigate problems you report
• Improvement: to identify technical faults and improve the App

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Storefront Data

The App's storefront script loads your active offers from our servers so it can render them. The data it receives contains your offer settings and product identifiers only – it holds no customer data.

To work smoothly, the script stores a few small values in the shopper's own browser:

• Popup shown – in sessionStorage, to remember that a popup offer has already been shown during that browsing session. Cleared when the browser session ends.
• Collection lookup – in sessionStorage, the collections a product belongs to, so the same lookup is not repeated on every page. Cleared when the browser session ends.
• Countdown deadline – in localStorage, only for offers that use a rolling countdown timer, so the shopper sees the same deadline when they come back rather than a fresh countdown on every page.

These values contain only offer and product identifiers and timestamps, and they never leave the shopper's browser. The App does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is shared only where the App cannot function otherwise:

• Wix – the App is built on Wix's APIs. Reading your products, adding the storefront script, creating discount rules and processing your subscription all happen through Wix
• Our hosting provider – the servers and database on which the App runs
• Our email delivery provider – your account email address and site name, used only to deliver the service emails described above
• Legal obligation – where we are required by law to disclose information

Data Retention & Deletion

Your site account information, offers and performance data are retained while the App is installed, so that your offers keep working and your reporting history stays intact.

• App removal – when you remove the App from your site, Wix notifies us and we delete your site's account record, offers, and offer product and collection settings from our database.

Anonymous offer performance records are kept after uninstall. They contain only your site identifier, offer and product identifiers, event counts and device type – no personal data – and they are used to keep the free Starter plan's one-time impression allowance accurate if the App is reinstalled.

You may also ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing the address below, without waiting for an uninstall.

Your Rights

Depending on where you are based, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, to ask us to delete it, or to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these, email us at the address below and we will respond as promptly as we can.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and access tokens are stored so that only the App can use them. Notifications from Wix – including install, removal and billing events – are verified before being acted on, so we do not act on instructions that did not come from Wix. Access to our production systems is limited to the people who maintain the App.

No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take these safeguards seriously and review them as the App develops.

Privacy Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our business practices, or our legal obligations. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated to merchants using the App.
